We are looking to employ a Base Administrator to support our education delivery team, based within our Newcastle Training Centre.

Our personalised courses provide young people between the ages of 16 to 18 years with the skills they need to get into education, training or employment. They can learn in a way that suits them and we work with them to overcome any barriers to learning and build skills in education. We equip learners with the appropriate work ready skills, whilst working towards improving core skills and raising achievement.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake reception duties, answer the telephone, accurately maintain learner files and all associated paperwork, process learner bursary payments, check and enter data into the organisation MI systems and ensure that information is scanned in a timely manner to our data processors.

Your role will be to liaise with partner agencies/colleagues within the area to promote the available service and ensure multi-agency working.

You should have a minimum of 12 months’ experience (paid or voluntary) in a similar role.

The role will be working 25 hours per week and involves working Monday to Thursday 11am – 4pm, and Friday 9am – 2pm.

Salary for this role based on the hours of work will be £10,741 per annum.
