At Nacro we believe in Young People.  The purpose of these services are to transform the lives of Lincolnshire’s most vulnerable young people and our vision is to ensure every young person in our services are given the support they need to have a chance at a brighter future.
Our services in Skegness has bespoke working arrangements that support young people from the age of 16 who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness. The services are staffed on a 24 hour basis, 7 days per week and young people and young parents are supported on a needs led basis.

We are currently recruiting highly motivated individuals who want to be part of a team who make a difference to the lives of young people in an exciting but challenging environment.  You will need excellent interpersonal skills mixed with a good understanding of issues young people face.  Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential. 
This is a waking night role working 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off. Start time 10:45pm – 8:15am. This role will include weekend duties.
