Nacro are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator to work in their team based in Birmingham. Successful candidates will need to have prior working knowledge of the learning and development cycle and an understanding of the process of training coordination.
This is a Fixed-term contract initially for 12 months, working 35 hours per week, plus paid lunch break (40 hours in total).
You will be required to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated as training will be coordinated by yourself centrally but will be delivered locally. You will be required to source and book venues as well as liaise with catering companies, trainers and any additional outside companies as and when required.
Candidates will be required to have a Level 3 certificate in Training, Learning & Development or HR practice.
